A non-refundable deposit of 20-30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before the trip starts
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash in Nepal. Any bank charges are the client’s responsibility.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation 30 days before departure: Full refund (excluding deposit).
Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
If Sherpa Holic Trek & Expedition cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political issues, etc.), a full refund or alternative trip will be offered.
Travel Insurance
All clients must have travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, emergency evacuation, and medical expenses.
Sherpa Holic Trek & Expedition is not responsible for costs arising from illness, accidents, or evacuation.
Health and Fitness
Clients Must be ensure They are physically fit and consult a doctor before trekking.
Sherpa Holic Treks & Expedition is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or health issues arising during the trip.
Medical clearance may be required for certain high-altitude treks.
Itinerary Changes & Delays
Sherpa Holic Trek & Expedition reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, natural disasters, flight cancellations, or safety concerns.
Any additional costs due to delays (hotel stays, accommodation extra meals etc ) must be covered by the client
The company prioritizes safety but is not liable for:
Personal injury or illness
Loss/damage of personal belongings
Delays or cancellations due to external factors
Clients must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
Guide & Staff Authority
The trekking guide has the final authority regarding safety, itinerary changes, and group management.
Clients must follow the guide’s instructions for safety reasons.
Permits and Documentation
Sherpa Holic Trek & Expedition will arrange necessary trekking permits and TIMS cards.
Clients must provide valid passports, visas, and required documents.
Code of Conduct
Clients must respect local customs and environment.
Any misconduct or illegal activity will result in termination of the trip without a refund.
Passport & Visa
Clients must have a valid passport and the necessary visa for Nepal.
The company is not responsible for visa delays, rejections, or overstays.
Equipment & Responsibility
Clients must bring appropriate gear as recommended by the company.
Rental gear is available but must be returned in good condition.
Sherpa Holic Trek & Expedition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gear during the trip.
Compliance & Dispute Resolution
All activities comply with Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) regulations.
